How do I return packaging?
Bring the packaging to any participating return point — a café, store or dedicated return station. The return is confirmed with a quick scan, and your deposit or reward is processed automatically.
Do I need to wash it?
No. A quick rinse is appreciated but not required — all packaging is professionally washed and sanitized before it is used again.
When do I get my deposit back?
As soon as the return is confirmed at the return point. Refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method or account.
What happens if I don't return it?
Nothing dramatic — you simply keep the packaging and the deposit is used to replace it. Returning it is always the better deal.
Can I return it in another location?
Yes. You can return packaging at any participating return point in the network, not only where you received it.
Do I need the app?
No app download is required. A QR scan with your phone camera is enough to borrow and return packaging.
What if the QR code is damaged?
Staff at any return point can still accept the packaging and register the return manually. You will not lose your deposit because of a damaged code.
